Chip Manufacturing Engineer - Equipment and Hardware

We are looking for an expert, bright, focused, analytical, and motivated manufacturing engineer to join our networking chip operations team responsible for networking equipment/HW management, driving continues improvement in our global supply chain. What You'll Be Doing:
Collaborating with cross-functional teams to manage and track Chip equipment / HW.
Execution of equipment expansion plans and sustaining activities directly with suppliers.
Analyzing data and performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and cost reduction.
HW Development activity PMO, making sure convergence with business needs.
Equipment development/DOE working closely with engineering.
Developing visual management systems and tools.
Sourcing and equipment vendor management: Forecast ownership and KPI tracking.
What We Need To See:
B.Sc. in Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, or equivalent experience
4+ years’ experience in an engineering and/or manufacturing environment in the Chip industry
Seasoned manufacturing engineer.
Knowledge and experience in Semiconductor industry (Fabless company – Advantage)
Excellent analytical skills in Excel and PowerPoint
Performs well in an intensive and dynamic environment.
Experience working with multicultural supply chain (Advantage)
