As a Senior Mechanical Engineer in our Israel office, you will play a key role in transforming innovative designs into scalable, high-quality manufacturing solutions.You will support product expansion efforts by ensuring mechanical designs are optimized for manufacturability, reliability, and cost-effectiveness. Working closely with cross-functional teams including R&D, operations, suppliers, and quality, you will drive projects from early development through mass production and product delivery. Your expertise will help identify risks, improve processes, and implement robust engineering solutions.

What you'll be doing:
Accomplishing robust and efficient manufacturing for builds at suppliers in the areas of thermal and mechanical components, from NPI stage to mass production.
Ensuring supplier readiness from the first build with mature manufacturing lines, tooling readiness, and stabilized yields.
Confirming that new suppliers and technologies for thermal and mechanical parts adhere to NVIDIA specifications.
Managing the manufacturing process at suppliers for thermal and mechanical components from development to mass production readiness.
Coordinating DFM from the early design stage to closure.
Analyzing building and manufacturing risks.
Ensuring manufacturing line readiness, including tooling, processes, fixtures, testing equipment, and automation.
Taking responsibility for component maturity, including yield and quality issues, and resolving manufacturing concerns.
Collaborating on supplier technology roadmaps to ensure they support NVIDIA requirements.
Driving suppliers towards outstanding engineering readiness and management.
What we need to see:
B.Sc. in Mechanical Engineering or a similar field, or equivalent experience.
10 years of experience in manufacturing processes such as liquid systems, metal and plastic die casting, sheet metal, and optics.
Proven experience working with mechanical suppliers in NPI and mass production, implementing new processes, qualifying and establishing new suppliers, and a deep understanding of validation processes.
A self-learner capable of understanding and implementing new technologies that are first in the market.
Independence and capability to lead tasks from beginning to closure.
Outstanding performance in intensive and dynamic environments.
Strong great teammate with excellent interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in English, with strong writing and verbal skills.
