Description
We’re looking for a driven, hands-on, and results-oriented SDR Team Lead to own our EMEA outbound sales development function. You’ll lead a talented, high-energy SDR team, sharpen their skills, and build repeatable processes that deliver a strong, predictable pipeline. This is a high-impact leadership role where you’ll work closely with Sales, Marketing, and Operations to scale OX’s reach across the region.
Responsibilities
What You’ll Be Doing
- Lead, coach, and mentor SDRs across multiple EMEA countries to consistently exceed targets.
- Set clear KPIs (opportunities per quarter, conversion rates, activity metrics) and hold the team accountable.
- Partner with AEs to ensure SDRs target the right ICP and deliver high-quality meetings.
- Develop and refine outbound cadences, messaging, and call scripts tailored to EMEA markets.
- Implement qualification frameworks (BANT, MEDDIC, etc.) to improve opportunity quality.
- Leverage and optimize the SDR tech stack for maximum efficiency.
Requirements
What We’re Looking For
- 3+ years in BDR/SDR leadership, preferably in SaaS or cybersecurity.
- Proven track record of scaling and managing multi-country SDR teams.
- Data-driven operator, fluent in Salesforce reporting and sales analytics.
- Strong coaching skills with the ability to turn good SDRs into top performers.
- Hands-on leader who can build sequences, jump on calls, and lead by example.
- Exceptional communication and collaboration skills.

- Experience building outbound playbooks for international markets.
- Familiarity with LinkedIn automation, sequencing tools, and data providers.
- Passion for building high-performance sales teams and driving revenue growth.
