About LEAP

LEAP is a program designed to equip its participants with the knowledge and skills to excel in their careers. At Palo Alto Networks we recognize that there are specific skills that help employees succeed in their role outside of the skills which are necessary to perform their day-to-day tasks. The program focuses on helping participants develop these skills, including communication, adaptability, and elevating performance, as they launch their careers. LEAP participants are also uniquely positioned to meet our leaders who are industry experts and learn from them.

We also provide a global community for our LEAP participants to create connections with each other throughout the company and the world. There are many fun social activities for participants to get involved in, in addition to engaging team events.

Your Career

We are looking for a motivated and talented Junior Software Developer to join our dynamic team. As a Junior Developer, you will play a key role in building and maintaining software solutions while working alongside experienced professionals to enhance your skills and grow within the company.

Your Impact

• Develop and maintain software applications based on requirements and technical specifications.
• Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code.
• Participate in code reviews and collaborate with team members to ensure the best practices are followed.
• Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve technical issues.
• Continuously improve your programming skills and stay updated with the latest trends in software development.

Qualifications

Your Experience

• Graduates from the past year/year and a half (required).
• A valid certificate of eligibility (תעודת זכאות).
• Candidates with up to one year of professional experience after graduation will be considered.
• Proficiency in at least one programming language (e.g., Java, Python, C#).
• Strong understanding of software development principles and methodologies.
• Ability to work in a team environment and communicate effectively.
• A passion for learning and growing within the field of software development.
