Your Career
We’re looking for a hands-on, detail-oriented Quality Execution Manager to help drive alignment, clarity, and execution across our Quality Engineering group.
In this role, you’ll work closely with QA leadership and managers to streamline operational workflows, eliminate friction, and ensure teams are well-positioned to deliver high-quality releases — quickly and consistently.
This is a high-impact individual contributor role that blends strategic thinking with strong execution and coordination. Rather than managing people directly, you’ll be orchestrating the processes, initiatives, and communication that keep our Quality organization running smoothly and effectively.

Your Impact
- Drive operational excellence across the QA organization by building and maintaining efficient, scalable processes
- Partner with QA leaders to turn priorities into action — aligning teams, timelines, and deliverables
- Collaborate closely with Engineering and Product Management leadership to ensure quality is built into every stage of the development lifecycle
- Coordinate with other QA teams across the company to share best practices, align on standards, and support cross-product initiatives
- Improve visibility and accountability across QA efforts and cross-functional project
- Bring structure and clarity to complex initiatives, ensuring progress stays on track even in fast-moving or ambiguous environments
Qualifications
Your Experience
- 5+ years of experience in QA management, QA architect, technical program management, or operational roles within R&D
- Proven experience managing or leading quality engineering teams or groups.
- A strong sense of ownership and bias for action — you get things done
- Highly organized, structured, and comfortable managing multiple moving parts
- Excellent communicator, clear, proactive, and collaborative
- Able to influence without authority and build trust across teams
- Background in quality engineering, automation, or release coordination.
