You will be responsible for defining and executing sales strategies in the Benelux market by identifying and securing new business areas and opportunities for the acute care informatics portfolio. You will strategically build strong customer relationships by seeking a deep understanding of their needs to define how they can be addressed by the Acute Care portfolio. This role specifically focuses on introducing new concepts to market such as advanced care models in alarm management, virtual ICU care and analytics&insights which require a business development approach.
This role requires a self-starter mentality and ability to strategically address new business areas and opportunities with a passion for building new customer relationships, winning new profitable deals, and a focus on delivering value for our customers.
Your role:
- Identify / prospect opportunities for new customer acquisition
- Define and outline strategy to build business opportunity
- Define and execute account strategy across a range of customer accounts (e.g., conduct market and competitor research)
- Drive effective funnel management to build towards sales targets and Philips business objectives
- Collaborate with and engage Specialists and Business unit leaders to drive growth in the market
- Establish meaningful customer partnerships
- Engage with a range of customer partners to identify new business opportunities (from clinical stakeholders to C-suite)
- Develop a comprehensive understanding of the market, customers current and future needs, and identify how opportunities for the acute care portfolio can meet their needs
- Lead contract negotiations to secure mutually beneficial terms
- Maintain and drive funnel management
You're the right fit if:
- Preferred bachelor's degree in relevant discipline.
- Background, familiarity or experience in high-acuity clinical care settings (ICU and/or OR) and hospital ecosystems
- Preferred experience of selling (Healthcare) IT solutions
- Experience in business development and/or defining and executing sales strategies
- A result-driven mindset with preferably experience in managing sales funnel
- Customer-orientation with the ability to build strong customer relationships with key decision makers (incl. C-suite)
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Fluency in Dutch and English is a must, Fluency in French preferred
