Job Description/Preferred Qualifications
Lead the Electrical Engineering and Control R&D team in developing cutting-edge electronic modules and control systems.
Oversee the full development lifecycle: requirements definition, conceptual and detailed design, testing, and implementation—ensuring solutions are delivered on time and meet specifications.
Align R&D activities with both internal and external customer needs, driving innovation and responsiveness.
Continuously optimize team structure, enhance capabilities, and foster individual growth and talent development.
Minimum Qualifications
BSc or MSc degree in Electrical Engineering or Electronics.

Proven experience in:
Electronic board design
FPGA development
Low and high-power electrical assemblies
ASIC and SoC architecture and design
Experience in developing advanced control systems.(e.g., motion control).
Background in multi-disciplinary, system-level development.
Strong awareness of emerging technologies and industry trends.
Strong leadership skills with a focus on team motivation, customer orientation, and organizational development.
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
Effective communication and interpersonal abilities.
Knowledge of industry standards and regulatory requirements.
Proficiency in relevant engineering software and tools.
