Group/Division

KLA is well known for its high-performing business model which routinely produces significant profit margins and revenue. Key to supporting KLA business is the finance team that partners with corporate and global business organizations to provide expertise and guidance for developing and executing sound business models and practices. The Finance organization consists of operations and corporate finance teams. The operations finance team influences business decisions by gathering the best available operations information, distilling it and making recommendations to our management team on the best course of action. The corporate team provides a broad range of services, such as financial planning, corporate accounting, tax, industry analysis and benchmarking, internal audits, SEC reporting and merger and acquisition support.

Job Description/Preferred Qualifications

We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Sales Operations Specialist to support our growing business.
This role is critical in ensuring smooth order processing, timely shipments, and effective cross-functional coordination across Sales, Manufacturing, Logistics, and Finance.
In this role you will be a part of a dynamic, growing team supporting high-impact divisions

*This is temporary position for 6 months

Key Responsibilities
Sales Order Management

  • Monitor and resolve sales order holds to ensure on-time shipments
  • Follow up on payment/LC receipt and flag potential shipment delays

Quote & Consignment Coordination

  • Track and follow up on missing quotes
  • Manage consignment and buy-out processes, including return evaluations

Data & Date Analysis

  • Analyze CRD vs SRD and update Sales Ops notes accordingly
  • Align MFG vs DCD with Business Development
  • Review sales orders for profit center, POES allocation, special part numbers, and back-order coordination

Logistics Support

  • Coordinate DDP shipments, including vessel booking and delivery readiness with MS and Logistics teams

Minimum Qualifications

  • BSc in industrial & management engineering, Business administration, Accounting or equivalent

  • Experience in multidisciplinary operations or supply chain role

  • Excellent interpersonal communication skills

  • Excellent English - writing, speaking & reading

  • High analytical skills and ability to work with advanced analysis BI tools

  • Working non-routine hours

  • Ability to work independently, under pressure and in a group

  • highly organized with the ability to meet deadlines

  • Experience with Microsoft Office, Dashboard (power BI) , SAP, or any other ERP system
