Job Description/Preferred Qualifications

• Job Purpose

  Drive the development of next-generation technical documentation by leveraging AI, automation, and innovative content formats (text, video, AR). Deliver scalable, intelligent, and interactive solutions that enhance clarity and efficiency.

  Key Responsibilities

  • Create, design, and edit high-quality technical documentation and procedures using AI-driven tools for content generation, optimization, and standardization.
  • Select the most effective format for each project (text, infographic, video tutorials, interactive AR overlays) to ensure clarity, speed, and error prevention.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with subject matter experts, engineers, and technical teams to capture knowledge and convert it into clear, accessible, and professional documentation.
  • Integrate advanced AI technologies for smart, interactive, and auto-updatable documentation; develop prompt libraries and ensure governance and quality.
  • Automate documentation workflows using tools like Power Automate for approvals, version control, notifications, and metadata management.
  • Establish standards and best practices for writing, structuring, visualizing, and maintaining technical content, including style guides and SOPs.
  • Ensure language quality: produce error-free, globally understandable English for technical audiences; apply writing best practices for clarity and consistency.
  • Manage projects and communication: maintain trackers and dashboards for transparency, prioritize tasks, and make independent decisions with minimal supervision.
  • Measure and continuously improve documentation quality and efficiency through KPIs, usability testing, analytics, and iterative enhancements.

Minimum Qualifications

• BSC degree/ Practical Engineer
• 5+ years of experience in technical writing or technical content creation.
• Strong technical background with deep understanding of engineering processes.
• Ability to translate complex technical knowledge into clear, simple, and user-friendly content.
• Proficiency in multimedia content production, including text, images, and video editing.
• Native-level English proficiency, with excellent writing and editing skills for technical audiences.
• Experience with AI tools for content creation and editing (strong advantage).
• Ability to work independently, make decisions, and initiate transformative processes.
