Job Description/Preferred Qualifications
We are seeking a Service Supply Chain Business Analyst to join our Service Supply Chain organization. This role is responsible for planning, analyzing, and optimizing service supply chain performance, ensuring high service levels while balancing inventory, cost, and operational constraints.
Responsibilities:
- Lead strategic global service supply planning in alignment with defined Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
- Define and standardize global planning methodologies, processes, measurements, and planning tools to support organizational objectives.
- Monitor, track, analyze, and report key Global Service Supply Planning KPIs, including COGS, inventory levels, MOI and availability.
- Operate and lead effectively in a cross-functional, multi-geographical environment, collaborating with both local and global stakeholders.
- Initiate and lead continuous improvement initiatives across global planning and distribution networks.
- Manage and lead end-to-end project execution, driving supply chain–related initiatives and improvements.
Minimum Qualifications
• BSc in Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain, Economics, Business, or related field
• 3–5 years of experience in supply chain planning or business analysis
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Experience with ERP / planning systems - SAP
• Advanced Excel skills; Power BI advantage
• Strong English communication skills
• Willingness to undertake extensive workload and Travel frequently as required.
Preferred Qualifications
• Experience in service or spare parts supply chain
• High-tech or semiconductor industry background
• Global stakeholder experience
• Forecasting and inventory optimization knowledge
