Job Description/Preferred Qualifications
Sourcing & Pipeline Support: Utilize various sourcing methods to help build and maintain a diverse, high-quality talent pipeline for different roles.
Screen resumes and conducts phone interviews.
Candidate Experience: Ensure a positive and professional candidate experience and efficient communication throughout the recruitment process, from initial contact to coordination.
Recruitment Administration: Manage candidate documentation, interview invitations and update the Applicant Tracking System to ensure data accuracy.
Reporting & Metrics: Support the team in tracking recruitment metrics and preparing basic reports to measure the effectiveness of sourcing strategies.
Minimum Qualifications
Pursuing a Master’s degree (M.A.) in Behavioral Sciences, Organizational Psychology, or a related field - Must.
Availability: Ability to work a part-time position for a period of 6 months.
Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills in both Hebrew and English.
Interpersonal Skills: A "people person" with a collaborative approach and high service orientation.
Analytical Thinking: Ability to understand data and trends related to human behavior and recruitment.
Organizational Skills: Strong multitasking and prioritization abilities in a fast-paced environment.
Tech Savvy: Quick learner of new systems; experience with Excel and previous exposure to HR systems (like Workday) is an advantage.
Proactive Attitude: Demonstrated ability to adapt to changing needs with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
