Role Overview
We are seeking a highly motivated Escalation Supply Chain Planner to join our Service Supply Chain organization.
This role is responsible for the daily monitoring and execution of critical service escalations, ensuring rapid response to urgent customer situations and timely spare parts availability.
The Escalation Planner serves as the single point of orchestration for urgent service orders, driving end‑to‑end execution across planning, logistics, and supply teams to minimize tool downtime and customer impact. The role requires balancing speed, accuracy, and system integrity while operating in a fast‑paced, global, and cross‑functional environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate morning and noon escalation reports to monitor supply chain performance and identify potential escalation points
- Track, monitor, and initiate spare parts shipments to support urgent field and service orders
- Proactively follow up on escalation orders to ensure on‑time execution and visibility
- Operate in a cross‑functional, global environment, coordinating with multiple organizations
- Collaborate closely with Planning, Logistics, Regional Administration, Customer Support, and the Global Call Center to ensure alignment and rapid execution
- Analyze and publish KPIs and supply chain metrics to management using Excel and BI tools
- Identify trends and gaps in escalation handling and initiate continuous process improvements to improve efficiency, responsiveness, and cost effectiveness
Minimum Qualifications

- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Industrial Engineering, Operations, or a related field
- 2+ years of relevant experience working in a global or cross‑regional environment
- Strong proficiency in Excel and MS Office
- High proficiency in English, both written and verbal, with the ability to communicate effectively with global stakeholders
- Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills with high attention to detail
- Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to work across multiple disciplines in parallel
- Proven ability to multitask and operate effectively under pressure
- Willingness to undertake intensive, hands‑on operational work
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in service supply chain / spare parts operations
- Familiarity with escalation management or urgent order handling
- Experience working with BI tools (Power BI or similar)
