Job Description/Preferred Qualifications

KLA Company, is looking for a strong technical, Board Design Engineer, with strong analog design expertise to lead the development of mixed-signal and analog PCBs for advanced systems.
The role includes full lifecycle ownership—from concept and architecture through design, validation, and production support.

What Will Your Job Look Like?

  • Be part of the electronic group within a multidisciplinary organization
  • Lead the design of complex boards for signal and image processing applications.
  • Design and develop high-speed and mixed-signal PCBs
  • Collaborate closely with FPGA, Software, System, and Mechanical teams
  • Define and drive design plans, including schedule, priorities, and cross-functional synchronization
  • Perform failure analysis and debugging using laboratory test equipment
  • Take ownership of development from concept through bring-up, validation, and production support

Minimum Qualifications

What You Need to Succeed?

  • B.Sc. in Electrical Engineering
  • 5+ years of experience in high-speed and mixed-signal board design
  • Strong expertise in:
    • Analog design and LED driver circuits
    • Power design and current regulation
    • FPGA-based systems and memory interfaces (DDR, SDRAM, Flash)
    • PCIe, SerDes, GigE, Camera Link protocols
  • Experience across full development cycle:
    • Schematic design
    • Layout constraints definition
    • Signal integrity considerations
    • Simulation and thermal design
  • Hands-on experience with:
    • Board bring-up, testing, and debugging
    • Cross-team debugging with Software/FPGA
  • Experience with CCD and CMOS camera imaging technology ((e.g., Teledyne DALSA, e2v) – An advantage
  • Self-motivated and success-driven team player
  • Excellent communication skills
