Plaee is a fast-growing, innovative tech startup in the online entertainment space, building platforms for the prediction market industry.

Based in Ramat Gan, we’re a young, high-energy team that loves what it builds, moves fast, and aims big.

We’re looking for a creative, hands-on Art Director to own and shape the visual language of our brand and platforms, and create high-impact, engaging experiences across product and marketing.

What you’ll do:

• Own and define the visual identity and creative direction of Plaee
• Lead the design of high-impact marketing assets, campaigns, and brand materials
• Work closely with Product, Marketing, and Engineering to ensure a consistent visual experience
• Oversee and contribute to UI design and product visuals
• Create assets for web, social, presentations, and campaigns
• Use AI design tools to move faster and scale creative output
• Continuously evolve the brand’s look, feel, and storytelling

What we’re looking for:

• 4+ years of experience as an Art Director / Visual Designer
• Strong portfolio showcasing branding, campaigns, and visual storytelling
• Excellent visual sense, creativity, and attention to detail
• Experience working across digital products and marketing
• Hands-on approach — comfortable executing as well as leading
• Comfortable in a fast-paced startup environment
• Fluent English
