Based in Ramat Gan, we’re a young, high-energy team that loves what it builds, moves fast, and aims big. We’re looking for a hands-on, client-facing Technical Support Agent. The kind of person who enjoys diving into a complex problem and finding the solution.
What you’ll do:
● Provide our users with a high-quality, seamless support experience
● Offer technical assistance through our ticketing system, chat, and calls
● Use SQL to investigate data and troubleshoot complex issues
● Identify and resolve complex technical glitches and system errors
● Coordinate with 3rd party providers to keep our external integrations running
● Work with Engineering and Product teams to fix bugs and improve the platform
What we’re looking for:
● 2-3 years of experience in a technical support role
● Experience supporting SaaS B2B platforms
● SQL skills for querying and data investigation
● Hands-on experience working directly with clients
● Clear communication skills and a problem-solving mindset
● Fluent in English (written and spoken).
● Experience with API troubleshooting
● Background in the Gaming industry – a big plus
● Ability to move fast and grow within a startup environment
Working Hours & Shift Requirements:
This role requires working in rotating shifts between Monday–Thursday and Fridays.
Monday–Thursday:
- Morning shift: 09:00–18:00
- Evening shift: 13:00–22:00
Friday shifts (work from home):
- Morning shift: 09:00–17:00
- Evening shift: 14:00–22:00
Please note: availability to work Friday shifts is required for this role.
