What You'll Do
- Own end-to-end recruitment processes across technical and business roles.
- Partner with hiring managers and leadership to define hiring strategies and talent needs.
- Source and engage top talent through LinkedIn, networking, referrals, and creative sourcing techniques.
- Conduct screening interviews and manage candidates throughout the hiring process.
- Build strong talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs.
- Deliver an excellent candidate experience from first contact to offer stage.
- Track recruitment metrics and continuously improve hiring processes.
What We're Looking For
- 3+ years of recruiting experience in a tech company or startup.
- Proven experience recruiting technical roles such as Software Engineers, Product Managers, QA, DevOps, Data, and Design.
- Strong sourcing capabilities and experience approaching passive candidates.
- Ability to understand technical profiles and evaluate candidate fit.
- Excellent communication skills in English.
- Highly organized, independent, and proactive.
- A builder mindset with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced startup environment.
Nice to Have
- Experience hiring globally.
- Experience recruiting commercial roles (Sales, Marketing, Customer Success).
- Experience working closely with founders and senior leadership teams.
