Plaee is looking for a General Counsel to lead all legal and compliance matters across the Plaee group of companies, covering both our B2B platform business and our B2C gaming brands. This role is a senior leadership position that guides our commercial strategy, protects the company from legal risk, and ensures that all products and operations meet the highest standards of compliance and integrity.


Role Overvie

wThe General Counsel will manage every legal aspect of Plaee. This includes commercial contracts, corporate governance, regulatory analysis, IP and technology matters, partnerships, vendor agreements, and internal policies. The role will also oversee the Compliance and AML Officer for the B2C activity, providing direction, frameworks, and escalation support. You will work closely with executives, product, operations, and finance to support strategic decisions and build a strong legal foundation for global scale

es• Draft, negotiate, and manage commercial agreements for B2B and B2C activiti

es• Review and advise on regulatory areas across social gaming, sweepstakes, and emerging marke

ts• Oversee the compliance and AML function for B2C including KYC, AML, risk monitoring, and marketing guidelin
