Playstudios is an innovative social gaming company that brings millions of people together to play, meet, and interact.
We’re looking for a Junior Game Economy Manager to join our Studio.
The Game Economy is one of the core domains of our game and is critical to our success.What You Will Do:
- Create and optimize the economy for new and existing features in order to maximize engagement and revenue in the long run
- Manage the economy and pricing of virtual goods, content, and currencies in the game, both free and paid, including progression, bonuses & rewards for in-game events, competitions & challenges
- Plan A/B testing and analyze their effectiveness
- Manage & optimize game pricing models while defining key segmentation layers to support players' LTV growth
- Define economy KPIs and build mathematical models to monitor, predict and validate the impact of features on game balance and player behavior
- Collaborate with Product and Monetization teams.
Requirements
What We're Looking For:
- Previous experience in an analytical role
- Advanced analytical skills, ability to spot patterns and trends.
- Bachelor’s Degree in Economics, Statistics, Mathematics, Engineering, a similar quantitative field or equivalent work experience
- Proficient in Excel / Google Sheets
- Passion for gaming
- Proficient in English
- Previous experience in strategic/financial consulting - Advantage
