Purpose of the Role
The Marketing Creative Lead will play a pivotal role in driving the creative strategy for Playstudios’ Casino games; POP! Slots, myVegas Slots, MGM Slots Live and myKONAMI SLOTS. This person will have a passion for marketing creative, a keen eye for trends, and exceptional communication skills to collaborate with production partners and internal teams. He will be responsible for overseeing the end-to-end creative funnel, from ideation to execution, ensuring that creatives resonate with target audiences and align with Playstudios’ Casino brands.

Roles and Responsibilities
- Develop and execute comprehensive creative strategies to support marketing campaigns.
- Stay on top of industry trends and apply innovative storytelling techniques to marketing assets.
- Brainstorm and pitch new ad concepts in collaboration with the Marketing team.
- Lead and inspire a creative team of designers and animators to deliver high-impact marketing assets.
- Collaborate with internal teams and external vendors to produce high-quality creatives.
- Provide clear direction and feedback to vendors, ensuring brand consistency.
- Source, negotiate, and manage relationships with creative production partners.
- Manage the creative funnel from ideation through execution, ensuring timely asset delivery.
- Analyze creative performance metrics, identify fatigue, and optimize assets accordingly.
- Lead creative testing to identify top-performing concepts and scale them effectively.
- Partner with ASO, PR, Influencer, UA, and Game teams to ensure cohesive and aligned creative execution.
Requirements
Key Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in marketing creative, preferably in the casino mobile gaming or entertainment b2c industry, with proven experience leading a creative team of designers, animators, and production partners.
- Strong understanding of creative trends, formats, and platforms (e.g., Facebook, TikTok, Applovin, etc).
- Experience managing external vendors and creative agencies.
- Proven ability to analyze creative performance metrics and optimize assets.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work across teams and partners.
- Native English speaker is a plus.
