About the job
We are seeking a strategic, data-driven Director of Marketing Analytics to lead and scale our analytics function across user acquisition, retention, and monetization efforts. In this role, you will transform complex data into actionable insights that drive performance for our mobile game portfolio. You’ll collaborate closely with marketing, product, data, and finance teams to guide decisions, optimize campaigns, and help shape growth strategies across global markets.
Key responsibilities
- Lead and mentor a high-performing marketing analytics team, including the Data Science, Analysis, and Data Engineers domains.
- Partner with marketing leadership to develop and execute a forward-looking product data analytics vision and strategy
- Collaborate with other Analytics game teams, Data Platform, and R&D to drive complex, cross-functional data projects.
- Lead the development and execution of marketing analytics frameworks. Manage the balance between long-term, high-effort strategic projects and short-term, quick wins.
- Drive measurement and attribution strategies to optimize engagement and LTV across channels and geographies.
Requirements
Qualifications
- 7+ years in marketing analytics or growth analytics, preferably in the mobile gaming industry.
- Strategic thinker with excellent communication skills and a business-oriented mindset.
- Experience leading and mentoring analytics teams.
- Deep expertise with mobile attribution platforms (e.g., AppsFlyer, Singular).
- Strong SQL skills; Good familiarity with Python, R, or similar tools.
- Solid foundation in statistics, predictive modeling, and data architecture.
- Strong statistical background and experience in testing methodologies (A/B, incrementality, etc.)
- Ability to drive strategic change and challenge the status quo and accelerate growth.
- Relentless focus on optimization: You thrive on performance data, knowing exactly what levers to pull to maximize efficiency.
- Player focused: Understanding what motivates players and how to connect data points to every stage of their journey.
