Marketing Business Analyst - Tetris

As a Marketing Business Analyst at PLAYSTUDIOS, you’ll play a key role in shaping our marketing and growth strategy across multiple game studios and portfolio apps. You’ll be responsible for leading end-to-end analytical processes - from data exploration and model building to actionable insights that drive acquisition efficiency and business impact. Working closely with the User Acquisition and Game Studio teams, you’ll transform complex datasets into clear stories and recommendations that fuel our decision-making and accelerate growth.
Duties and Responsibilities

Own the marketing analytics domain for several apps - analyze performance, user behavior, and campaign impact.

Build LTV, retention, and funnel models to forecast and optimize user growth.

Develop automated dashboards and reports in tools like Mode, Tableau, or similar BI platforms.

Design and implement data pipelines and analytical queries using SQL and Python.

Work with large-scale datasets in Big Data environments.

Partner with business, UA, and Game Studio stakeholders to translate data into strategy.

Apply data storytelling to communicate insights and drive business decisions.

Collaborate with data scientists and engineers to enhance our analytics capabilities.
Requirements

B.Sc. in a quantitative field (Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Engineering, or related).

3+ years of experience as a Data Analyst, preferably in a mobile or gaming environment.

Strong proficiency in SQL and Python for analytical modeling.

Experience building dashboards and visualizations (Mode, Tableau, or equivalent).

Hands-on experience working with big data ecosystems.

Excellent analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.

Proven ability to collaborate with business and studio teams and translate data insights into measurable impact.

Great communication and data storytelling skills.

Experience in Marketing Analytics / UA optimization - strong advantage.
This is a hybrid role based in our Tel Aviv office, with three on-site workdays per week.
