As a Product Manager on Tetris Block Party, you will own a key area of a large-scale real-time multiplayer game. You will work with a dedicated cross-functional team of engineers, designers, artists, and data scientists to define strategy, build impactful features, and continuously improve the player experience.

This role is ideal for a product manager who combines strong execution with strategic thinking, thrives in fast-paced environments, and is passionate about building engaging consumer products at scale.

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Own the end-to-end development of product features, from ideation and requirements through launch, measurement, and iteration

  • Use data insights to identify opportunities, prioritize features, and measure the impact of updates and releases.

  • Design and analyze A/B tests to validate hypotheses and optimize product performance

  • Partner with cross-functional teams, including Design, Engineering, Analytics, and Marketing, to deliver high-quality features on time.

  • Balance player needs, business goals, technical constraints, and development effort in product decisions

  • Translate product opportunities into clear feature requirements, user flows, and implementation plans

Requirements

  • 3+ years of product management experience building and scaling consumer-facing digital products

  • Proven track record of owning product areas end-to-end, from discovery through launch and iteration

  • Strong user empathy, with a track record of delivering intuitive and engaging user experiences

  • Experience working with analytics tools and using both qualitative and quantitative data to inform product decisions and communicate insights clearly

  • Experience designing, running, and analyzing A/B tests to drive product optimization and decision-making

  • An effective collaborator and communicator who can influence and align various cross-functional stakeholders

  • Confident discussing technical concepts and tradeoffs with engineering teams

  • Curious, self-driven, critical thinker. And a lifelong learner with a strong can-do approach

This is a hybrid role based in our Tel Aviv office, with three on-site workdays per week.
