Business Applications & Integration Developer

We are looking for a hands-on Business Applications & Integration Developer to join our team. In this role you will design, build, and maintain integrations between enterprise business systems, automate operational workflows, and develop smart internal tools that improve productivity across the organization. The ideal candidate combines solid technical skills with a strong understanding of business processes.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Design and implement integrations between ERP, CRM, and collaboration platforms (e.g. Priority ERP, Monday.com, Microsoft Teams).
• Build and maintain automation workflows using low-code/no-code tools such as n8n and Claude Code.
• Develop internal business applications and bots (e.g. web tools and automations).
• Work with REST APIs and cloud services (AWS, Microsoft Graph API) to connect disparate systems.
• Apply AI and LLM capabilities to automate knowledge-intensive processes (transcription, summarization, duplicate detection).
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
• Debug, maintain, and improve existing applications and integrations.

REQUIRED SKILLS & EXPERIENCE

• Technical Skills
  SQL — querying and working with relational databases.
  API Integrations — designing and consuming REST APIs; experience with Microsoft Graph API is a plus.
  JavaScript — scripting, automation, and platform customizations (e.g. Monday.com, n8n).
  Python — scripting, data processing, and backend automation tasks.
• Domain & Platform Knowledge
  ERP Systems — familiarity with Priority ERP or similar enterprise platforms.
  Collaboration tools — Microsoft Teams, Atlassian Jira, GitHub.
  AI-assisted development — experience working with LLMs, prompt engineering, or Claude Code is an advantage.
  Vector Databases — basic understanding of semantic search / vector DB concepts (e.g. Weaviate) — advantage.

NICE TO HAVE

Experience with TypeScript or ability to read and debug TS code.
Familiarity with AWS Lambda for serverless automation.
Background in business analysis or systems analysis.
Experience with Jira, Confluence, or similar project management tools.
Exposure to AI tools such as Claude Code and GitHub Copilot.
