Bookkeeper – Level 2
Priority Software is hiring a Full-Time Bookkeeper (9 hours per day) to join our Finance team in a meaningful and dynamic role within an advanced technological environment.
Responsibilities:
- Processing and reviewing supplier invoices
- Performing vendor and bank reconciliations
- Preparing payments
- Reporting to authorities
- Assisting with month-end closing processes
- Handling additional bookkeeping tasks as needed
- The role includes ongoing work with the Priority system and responsibility for maintaining accurate financial records.
Requirements:
- Bookkeeping Certificate (Level 2) – mandatory
- At least 2 years of experience in accounts payable – mandatory
- Experience working with Priority ERP – mandatory
- Good level of English (written and spoken) – mandatory
- Proficiency in Excel
- Ability to work independently, strong attention to detail, high level of organization, and excellent interpersonal skills
Location:
This is a hybrid role consisting of four onsite days and one remote day per week, with flexibility required to work from multiple office locations, including Bnei Brak, Tel Aviv, and Rosh HaAyin.
