Responsibilities:

• We are looking for an experienced finance professional with a strong technological orientation who is interested in joining the world of Information Systems and ERP and becoming part of the professional support team at Priority Software.
• The role includes providing professional support for the financial module of the Priority ERP system, assisting customers, and analyzing and resolving issues.
• The ideal candidate should combine strong technical skills, in-depth system knowledge, and a courteous, service-oriented approach.

Requirements:

• Professional experience and background in accounting, controllership, finance, or financial systems.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Patience, active listening skills, a positive attitude, and a willingness to help.
• Strong technological orientation and the ability to learn information systems.
• Self-motivation, self-learning ability, and a customer-oriented mindset.
• Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to resolve complex issues efficiently and quickly.
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
• Good time management skills and the ability to work under pressure.
• Good English skills.
• Previous experience with Priority products or other ERP systems- Advantage.
• Experience providing customer service and technical support – Advantage.
• Experience in implementation, consulting, or user support for accounting systems – Advantage.
• CPA or Tax Advisor certification – Advantage.
• Experience delivering user training or conducting training sessions – Advantage.
