What is the job:
The Network engineer will join the Radware Cloud Division, building and maintaining the cloud infrastructure, be the highest escalation point for complex network issues, and will work with Radware’s field organization in defining complex customer solutions. In addition, the position requires a deep understanding of customer needs and cloud requirements, designing and implementing solutions, testing them, and moving them into production.
What will you do?
Design solutions based on requirements. Deploy and hand off to operations team.
Prepare SOWs including detailed deliverables and project planning.
Highest escalation for complex network issues
Maintaining the network's integrity includes implementing new systems, troubleshooting and repairing network issues, as well as developing, applying and enforcing best practices and policies.
Designing, installing and maintaining new network solutions
Managing multi-vendor environment (Juniper, Cisco, Fortinet)
What you need:
At least 4+ years of industry-relevant work experience.
Expert-level knowledge and hands-on experience with the following:
- Deep knowledge of Juniper routers and switches
- L2/L3 Switching/Routing, dynamic routing protocols – BGP
- TCP/IP, IPv4/IPv6, L4/L7 Load Balancing
- Security Products (WAF, FW, VPN, SIEM)Hands on experience with building server racks (installation of routers, switches, servers etc. patching with different types of cabling)
Good experience with virtualization technologies in private and public cloud environments.
Ability to translate architectural requirements to actionable tasks.
Ability to deploy, manage, and operate scalable, highly available, and fault-tolerant systems.
Ability to troubleshoot, recreate and resolve complex problems.
Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple tasks and projects.
Strong Linux skills.
Experience in planning and designing projects and analyzing existing network systems and procedures for efficiency and effectiveness.
Excellent communication skills and team player.
Good English, both written and verbal communication.
Ability to support the following:
CCIE / JNCIE
Knowledge of monitoring and telemetry systems – advantage
Experience with IT Systems (AD, Radius/LDAP)
