What is the job:

The Cloud NetOps Team Lead will join the Radware Cloud Division and lead a global team responsible for operating and maintaining the company’s cloud network infrastructure. This role works closely with the Radware field organization and architecture teams to define customer solutions, drive deployments, and ensure the reliability and scalability of cloud services.

The position requires strong technical expertise combined with leadership skills to guide engineers, manage escalations, and maintain high operational standards across a distributed global environment.

What will you do?

  • Lead and manage a global Cloud NetOps engineering team, providing technical leadership, mentorship, and operational guidance.
  • Oversee deployment of cloud-wide solutions delivered by the architecture team and ensure successful implementation.
  • Act as the technical escalation point for complex networking and infrastructure issues.
  • Ensure cloud network stability, availability, and performance across global environments.
  • Coordinate with architecture, R&D, and field teams to translate architectural designs into operational deployments.
  • Manage incident response, troubleshooting, and root cause analysis for critical production issues.
  • Define and enforce network best practices, operational procedures, and security policies.
  • Prepare and review Statements of Work (SOWs), including deliverables, timelines, and project planning.
  • Lead the design, deployment, and lifecycle management of network solutions in cloud environments.
  • Manage and operate a multi-vendor network environment (Juniper, Cisco, Fortinet).
  • Drive automation, operational improvements, and scalability initiatives across the cloud infrastructure.

What you need:

  • 7+ years of industry-relevant experience, including leadership or technical lead responsibilities.
  • Proven experience leading or mentoring engineers in a distributed/global team environment.
  • Expert-level knowledge and hands-on experience with:

    - Deep knowledge of Juniper routers and switches

    - L2/L3 switching and routing, dynamic routing protocols – BGP (Must)

    - TCP/IP, IPv4/IPv6, L4/L7 Load Balancing (Must)

    - Security products (WAF, Firewall, VPN, SIEM)

  • Strong ability to troubleshoot, recreate, and resolve complex production issues.

  • Experience with virtualization technologies in private and public cloud environments.
  • Ability to translate architectural requirements into operational tasks and guide engineers through execution.

  • Experience deploying and operating scalable, highly available, fault-tolerant systems.
  • Strong organizational, prioritization, and escalation management skills.

  • Experience planning and designing network projects and evaluating existing infrastructure for improvements.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills, with experience working across multiple teams.

  • Strong English communication skills, written and verbal.

Ability to support the following:

  • CCNP SP / JNCIS-SP / CCIE / JNCIE
  • Strong Linux skills
  • Experience with monitoring and telemetry systems
  • Experience with AD, Radius/LDAP
  • Experience with Python/Bash scripting and network automation
