Employee Experience Specialist

We’re looking for a creative, hands-on Employee Experience Specialist to join our HR team and become the driving force behind our employee culture in Israel. Reporting to the Global Employee Experience Manager, you’ll shape how our people connect, celebrate and give back, and grow.

This isn’t a support role. It’s a creative leadership role. You’ll own your projects end-to-end, build programs from scratch, and leave a visible mark on the culture of our Israel site.

WHAT WILL YOU OWN?

End-to-End Experience Design: Take the full employee experience project - from initial concept through flawless execution - for events, wellbeing programs, holiday celebrations, recognition initiatives, and more.

CSR: Lead our local employee volunteering programs in Israel. This is a cornerstone of the role: you’ll build meaningful partnerships, drive social impact initiatives, and create experiences that connect employees to something bigger than their day-to-day work.

Creative Communication: Use your eye for design and your storytelling instincts to craft compelling internal communications - campaigns, announcements, and content that get people excited and engaged.

Budget & Vendor Management: Own vendor relationships, negotiate smart deals, and manage the Employee Experience budget with precision and accountability.

WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR?

3+ Years of Relevant Experience: At least 3 years of relevant experience in similar roles

Ownership Mentality: You don’t wait to be told what to do. You see a need, build a plan, and make it happen - independently, resourcefully, and with high standards.

Storytelling & Culture-Building Skills: You’re a natural storyteller who understands how to frame initiatives in ways that connect employees emotionally to the company’s mission and values.

Passion for Community & Social Impact: Community programs and social impact work aren’t a checkbox for you - they’re a passion. You have experience or a strong desire to build genuine, lasting community engagement.

Thrives in Dynamic Environments: Fast-paced, ever-changing environments energize you. You juggle multiple priorities without losing your attention to detail.

Fluent English & Hebrew: Fluent in both English and Hebrew (written and spoken).

Budget & Vendor Savvy: Comfortable managing budgets, working with vendors, and making data-informed decisions.

Visual & Design Skills: Canva or any design tool you can wield confidently.

AI-Tool Fluency: Familiarity with AI productivity tools to work smarter and faster.

Built Something from Scratch: A track record of scaling programs from zero, not just maintaining the ones that already exist.

If you live and breathe company culture, love seeing an event come to life from a tiny spark of an idea, and believe the “little details” make the biggest impact - we want to meet you.
