We are looking for a Learning & Organizational Development Lead to join our Learning & Development team, reporting to the Global OD & Learning Director.
This role serves as a senior partner and internal advisor to the business, while also owning the design and execution of cross-company learning and OD processes. The Lead translates business challenges into learning and OD roadmaps for specific business units, and at the same time drives company-wide initiatives such as performance management, the engagement survey, and leadership development from concept to impact.
You will work closely with business leaders, HRBPs, and global stakeholders to deliver scalable, high-impact solutions that strengthen performance, capability, and culture across the organization.
Responsibilities
• Act as a strategic learning and OD partner to assigned business units, identifying needs and shaping effective solutions in collaboration with leaders and HRBPs.
• Serve as a trusted advisor to senior leaders, providing guidance on organizational effectiveness, capability building, team dynamics, and change.
• Translate business challenges into learning and OD roadmaps aligned with organizational priorities.
• Lead end-to-end learning and OD initiatives within business units, from needs analysis and design through execution and evaluation.
• Own and run cross-company OD and learning processes, including the annual performance management cycle, the engagement survey (design, deployment, analysis, and follow-through), and leadership development programs across all management levels.
• Design and develop learning solutions, including content curation, learning journeys, workshops, and supporting materials.
• Design and run engaging learning communications campaigns that drive awareness, adoption, and sustained engagement with learning programs across the organization.
• Create engaging learning experiences that spark curiosity, increase participation, and build a culture of continuous learning across a global audience.
• Define, track, and improve impact using adoption metrics, behavior change indicators, engagement data, and business KPIs.
• Manage relationships with external vendors and subject matter experts to deliver high-quality learning and OD content.
• Leverage the LMS/LXP platform to deploy programs, track participation, and report on outcomes and ROI.
• Stay current with trends in organizational development, leadership, and learning, and bring best practices into the company.
Requirements
• Relevant academic degree, a must.
• At least 4 years of experience in Learning & Development and/or Organizational Development roles, preferably within global tech organizations.
• Demonstrated experience leading cross-company processes such as performance management, engagement surveys, or leadership development.
• Proven experience as a learning and OD partner or internal consultant to business stakeholders.
• Proven ability to plan and execute complex, cross-functional initiatives end to end.
• Hands-on experience with LMS/LXP platforms.
• Practical experience using Generative AI tools for content creation, including guides, presentations, images, and videos.
• Previous experience in a global company, a must.
• High level of written and spoken English, a must.
• Highly skilled in preparing and delivering presentations.
• Experience in instructional design, a strong advantage.
