About the Role:
As an Electrical Power & Energy Systems Engineer, you'll be a key player in our specialized expertise center. You'll be responsible for developing in-depth knowledge, building essential infrastructure, and tailoring innovative power and energy solutions for Rafael's diverse and complex systems. Your mission will involve:
- Leading exciting projects from initial system requirements analysis through the development and integration of power electronics and energy technologies.
- Conducting rigorous analyses and simulations to ensure optimal performance and reliability.
- Executing thorough laboratory testing and seamless system integration.
- Collaborating closely with customers, system engineers, colleagues from various disciplines, subcontractors, and manufacturers.
What We're Looking For:
- A Bachelor's degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering.
- A solid foundation with 3+ years of hands-on experience in power electronics and/or battery systems.
- Experience in system development is a definite plus!
