Description
Rail Vision is seeking a Global Sales Director to lead the company’s worldwide sales activities, drive expansion into new markets, and manage strategic accounts within the railway sector.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead global sales activities across international markets
- Proactively identify and develop new business opportunities, independently generating a strong pipeline and converting leads into closed deals.
- Manage and execute complex sales processes, including contracts and tenders
- Identify, recruit, and manage overseas agents and business partners
- Represent the company at international conferences, exhibitions, and business travel engagements
- Work closely with Business Development Representatives (BDRs)
- Collaborate cross-functionally with project management, product, engineering, and marketing teams
Requirements
Requirements
- 5+ years B2B international sales experience in startups - mandatory
- Strong technical orientation with multidisciplinary products
- Background in rail, safety systems, or smart transportation
- Fluent English; additional languages an advantage
- Familiarity with HubSpot CRM
