Rail Vision is seeking a Global Sales Director to lead the company’s worldwide sales activities, drive expansion into new markets, and manage strategic accounts within the railway sector.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead global sales activities across international markets
  • Proactively identify and develop new business opportunities, independently generating a strong pipeline and converting leads into closed deals.
  • Manage and execute complex sales processes, including contracts and tenders
  • Identify, recruit, and manage overseas agents and business partners
  • Represent the company at international conferences, exhibitions, and business travel engagements
  • Work closely with Business Development Representatives (BDRs)
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with project management, product, engineering, and marketing teams

  • 5+ years B2B international sales experience in startups - mandatory
  • Strong technical orientation with multidisciplinary products
  • Background in rail, safety systems, or smart transportation
  • Fluent English; additional languages an advantage
  • Familiarity with HubSpot CRM
