We are hiring a senior growth marketing leader to design and scale that engine.

This role owns marketing-led pipeline contribution, regional growth architecture, strategic market presence, and the systems that enable global expansion. You will operate in a lean, high-talent team with startup velocity, executive exposure, and real commercial accountability.

This is a builder role with long-term leadership potential.

Responsibilities:

  • Own marketing-generated and marketing-influenced pipeline targets across global regions, ensuring clear contribution to enterprise revenue goals.
  • Design and implement scalable, multi-geo growth frameworks aligned with long, consultative B2B sales cycles.
  • Build and optimize structured full-funnel architectures, including attribution models, forecasting visibility, and performance reporting.
  • Lead targeted Account-Based Marketing (ABM) programs for priority enterprise accounts in close partnership with regional Sales leadership.
  • Improve opportunity creation, pipeline progression, and conversion discipline through data-driven optimization and strong ICP alignment.
  • Define and execute the global events and field marketing strategy to maximize decision-maker access and measurable pipeline impact.
  • Establish disciplined pre- and post-event execution frameworks and continuously improve ROI across regions.
  • Strengthen market authority through PR, industry awards, analyst relations, and strategic ecosystem partnerships.
  • Position Razor Labs as a global leader in industrial AI through clear, differentiated enterprise messaging.
  • Build marketing systems and infrastructure that support scale, clarity, and speed without adding unnecessary complexity.
  • Leverage AI, automation, and experimentation frameworks to accelerate outreach, targeting precision, and execution velocity.
  • Translate business strategy into focused quarterly execution plans while maintaining high ownership, prioritization discipline, and long-term scalability.

Requirements:

  • At least 10 years of experience in B2B growth or demand marketing
  • Proven track record driving pipeline growth in enterprise, industrial, or asset-intensive markets
  • Experience scaling growth functions across multiple geographies
  • Ability to thrive in lean, high-performance environments with high ownership expectations
  • Both strategic and hands-on, with the ability to build systems and execute programs end-to-end
  • Demonstrated creativity and experimentation within complex B2B environments
  • Practical experience applying AI and automation to improve marketing speed, precision, and performance
