Ribbon is looking for an Assistant Controller to join the Accounting Department of a multinational, dynamic, high-tech company.
This is a temporary position to cover a maternity leave, with an expected end date of April 2026.

POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Responsible for the preparation of financial statements of a large multinational company in accordance with US GAAP
  • Assisting in the preparation of statutory accounts, Tax Return, and reports to certain authorities
  • Work closely with the Head of Accounting to set and implement accounting policies & procedures
  • In-depth analysis of various technical accounting and financial reporting areas
  • SOX Process owner
  • Providing support to other activities and processes within the Group’s finance function
  • Independent work with the company’s external auditor and internal audit department

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Certified CPA, with at least 1 year after an internship in one of the BIG-4 accounting firms' Hi-Tech departments
  • Strong accounting background in US GAAP
  • High analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to analyze multi-detailed schedules
  • Excellent Excel skills
  • Excellent English (written and verbal)

Advantages:

  • Knowledge and experience with Oracle ERP and respective BI tools
  • Experience as an assistant controller or other similar position
  • Experience in Group reporting
