About the Role

We're looking for a detail-oriented, communicative professional to join our Global Repair Services team. In this role, you'll be the go-to person for managing internal repair data, coordinating logistics and deliveries, and maintaining strong relationships with customers and internal stakeholders.

You'll work in a global environment with a primary focus on the US market, ensuring data accuracy, smooth operations, and excellent service delivery across our repair and return services.

What You'll Do

Data & Systems Management

  • Own and maintain internal repair services data in Salesforce and Oracle, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and timely updates
  • Monitor and report on key operational KPIs — including On-Time Delivery (OTD), SLA performance, inventory levels, and budget tracking
  • Prepare dashboards, reports, and presentations for management and customer business reviews

Logistics & Delivery Coordination

  • Manage end-to-end RMA (Return Material Authorization) processes for customers and internal teams
  • Coordinate deliveries, prioritize shipments, and ensure SLA adherence
  • Support spare parts replenishment and raw material supply to global repair centers

Client & Stakeholder Relationships

  • Serve as a key point of contact for customers and Customer Business Units on repair status, delivery timelines, and service updates
  • Build and maintain strong working relationships with internal teams, repair centers, and external vendors
  • Support tender responses with operational, logistics, and SLA inputs

Process Improvement & Projects

  • Drive process improvement initiatives in collaboration with IT and Operations teams
  • Manage logistics-related projects from planning through execution, tracking milestones and coordinating across functions

What You Bring

  • 2–5 years of experience in operations, logistics, data management, or a similar role in a global/customer-facing environment
  • Hands-on experience with Salesforce and Oracle is essential
  • Excellent communication skills — you're comfortable presenting to management and customers, writing professional emails, and leading calls
  • Strong data management skills — you're organized, accurate, and know how to turn raw data into meaningful insights
  • Project coordination experience — ability to manage multiple priorities, timelines, and stakeholders simultaneously
  • Problem-solver mindset — you identify issues, find root causes, and drive solutions
  • University degree required
  • High-level English proficiency (spoken and written)

You'll Stand Out If You Have

  • Experience in telecom, hardware repair, or supply chain operations
  • Familiarity with RMA/return processes and SLA management
  • Experience managing external vendors or subcontractors
  • Knowledge of BI/reporting tools (Power BI, Tableau, Excel advanced)
