Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated VoIP Senior System Architect with a strong background in VoIP protocols to join our Defense Solutions System Engineering team. The successful candidate will be responsible for the design and integration of VoIP systems with Customers networks and to 3rd party solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Managing all technical issues concerning the projects under his responsibility in front of internal and external customers
  • Integrating Ribbon VoIP solutions with 3rd Party systems
  • Define Solution technical requirements, based on Customer's inputs, in front of the R&D teams
  • Managing the Design, Integration, ATP and the assimilation of the project in the Customer's network.
  • Help the Professional Services teams to diagnose and repair faults in complex multidisciplinary systems, ensuring minimal downtime and maximum operational efficiency.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams across project life cycle.
  • Analyze system performance data and provide recommendations for improvements and upgrades.
  • Stay updated with the latest advancements in Ribbon product portfolio to enable upselling to Customers.

Qualifications (Must):

  • Israeli Citizen
  • Minimum 5 years' experience in VoIP System Architecture or Professional Services or Tier-3 support.
  • Profound understanding of SIP protocol and SBC functions
  • Proficiency in debugging SIP protocol in VoIP networks
  • Strong knowledge of networking protocols (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VLANs).
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficiency in English & Hebrew, with strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Willingness to travel abroad (not more than 4 times a year).

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • Familiarity with Cloud native environments
  • Israeli MoD Security Clearance
