About this role:
We’re looking for a Senior Performance Video Creator to join our Creative Team: part storyteller, part strategist, part creative scientist. You’ll make scroll-stopping ads for Meta, YouTube, TikTok, and LinkedIn, blending UGC, sharp ideas, and performance know-how. But we’re not just after killer edits, we want someone obsessed with what works.
In this role, you won’t just create, you’ll experiment. Hypothesize, test, analyze, tweak, repeat. You should get a thrill from cracking the code on creative that converts. If you love crafting videos and digging into the data to make the next one even better, keep reading.
What you'll own:
1. Concept & Strategy
Own an ongoing, insight-driven creative process. You’ll identify new angles, hooks, and messaging frameworks that speak directly to audience needs and motivations. You’ll actively dive into funnel stages, customer journeys, and campaign KPIs to shape creative concepts that convert. You’ll continuously refine ideas based on feedback, research, and real-time data.
2. Creative Ownership
You’ll lead execution as a hands-on solo creator. You’ll write scripts, storyboard, direct, shoot (when needed), edit, and animate performance video content optimized for digital channels. Whether it’s turning raw UGC into high-converting ads or building out motion graphics from scratch, you’ll bring ideas to life independently and efficiently. You know how to move fast without sacrificing quality, and you’re comfortable taking full responsibility for the vision, execution, and delivery of every asset.
3. UGC & Performance-Driven Content
Develop, source, and transform user-generated content into high-performing creative assets tailored for performance marketing. You’ll actively work with UGC creators, briefing them and providing clear feedback to ensure content aligns with campaign goals and platform best practices. When scale demands it, you’ll identify, onboard, and manage external creators or agencies, maintaining quality control and creative vision throughout.
