The Position
Job Summary
Responsible for specific regions business planning, sales target, key account management and distributor management. Accountable for building and aggressively driving the operation. Have full profit and loss responsibilities for the business.
Main Tasks & Responsibilities
- Develop and execute business plan for Core & Molecular Lab for specific regions key account market within pre-set budget
- Design sales and marketing strategy and annul sales objective for key account market to meet overall Core & Molecular Lab business target
- Closely collaborate with central marketing to define and review local marketing strategies
- Deep dive in key account market to better command customer needs. Provide customized strategy and solution upon the assessment of market
- Collaborate closely with specific regions’ distributors and Channel Management to drive the total SAP sales target align with Core & Molecular Lab business priorities
- Manage and monitor (directly and indirectly) the complete effective operation of the sales, marketing, and customer service activities;Coach and support staff development to build a high performing team
- Other projects or tasks assigned by line manager
- Conduct business in full compliance including but not limited to Roche Secure, Roche Behavior in Business, Roche Competition Law Interactive Dialogues, Roche Safety, Security Health and Environmental Protection
- Understand and fulfill the responsibility of line manager's SHE tasks and duties (as defined in SHE handbook)
Education& Qualifications
- Bachelor or Master Degree in Clinical Diagnostics or Appropriate Science discipline and/or Business Degree
- Conversational communication in both spoken and written English
- Good command of MS office software application
Experience
- At least 14 years similar sales experience in the relevant industry with at least 10 years in managerial role
- Marketing and channel development experience will be a plus
