Report to: Divisional CFO; Matrix Head of business unit.

Responsibilities:

The FP&A Director, main responsibilities include (but are not limited to):

· Supervising the FP&A team in the facilitation of the day-to-day operations.

· Preparing a detailed yearly budget.

· Providing monthly and quarterly forecasts.

· Providing financial support to all deal cycles from deal initiation to final contract, including financial model (P&L, cash flow, tax, etc.).

· Interpreting complex financial information and providing updates as required.

· Implementing and maintaining financial systems in accordance with the group guidelines.

· Work with senior leadership to understand and address process challenges & identify opportunities for improvement.

· Build strong relationships across functions within the company, work closely with various functions (Accounting, HR, etc.).

Requirements:

With dual FP&A and business expertise and strong influencing skills, our ideal candidate brings a high level of integrity and commitment to the company's results.

He/she has high analysis and problem-solving skills, as well as critical thinking, and great decision-making abilities.

· At least 5 years in a similar role in an international Organization with priority given to high-tech

industry experience.

· Advantaged degree in accounting, CPA, business, finance, or a related field.

· Solid team management experience with great communication skills.

· Experience in Budget management and Financial Analysis.

· Experience in managing complex deals

Knowledge in Revenue recognition methodologies

· Knowledge in Project Control methodology

· High planning, reporting, and presentation skills and superior attention to detail.

· A team player, comfortable working in a matrix and international setup.

· Ability to travel globally.

· Fluent spoken and written English – Must

Familiarity with Financial Planning system such as Oracle EPM/Hyperion
