Job Description:
The Automation & Applications Department is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead cross-organizational technology projects from end to end. This role includes writing specifications, managing interfaces with development teams and business stakeholders, matrix management, budget and timeline control, scope management, change management, and ongoing status reporting.
The department operates at the forefront of technology, delivering enterprise-wide automation solutions using advanced technologies such as process automation through development, RPA tools, AI integration, Low Code platforms, and BPM solutions.
Mandatory Qualifications (Education & Experience):
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Information Systems or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience managing complex technology projects in a matrix-structured organization.
- Proven track record in leading end-to-end projects, including planning timelines, budgets, scopes, change management, and status reporting.
- Experience working in Agile environments, including managing user stories and collaborating with development teams.
- Experience leading interfaces and integrations between development teams, including writing specifications and managing communication with business stakeholders.
- Strong business acumen, systems thinking, and process-driving capabilities.
- Familiarity with automation technologies such as RPA, AI, Low Code, and BPM – a significant advantage.
