Location: Petach Tikva (Work in Client's site. Hybrid, one day work from home)
Responsibilities:
- Perform system analysis and author High-Level Design (HLD) documents for clients.
- Translate business requirements into technological needs and provide corresponding solutions.
- Demonstrate hands-on application knowledge and author Low-Level Design (LLD) documents for development and implementation teams.
- Characterize and manage interfaces between various systems.
- Provide system support and maintenance, including ongoing incidents and tier-2/3 management.
Requirements:
- Significant experience (at least 3 years) in system analysis and characterization within Salesforce-based projects.
- Proven experience in implementing integrations with external systems.
- At least one year of hands-on implementation experience on the Salesforce platform.
- Experience working within large financial institutions – a significant advantage.
- Experience with Microsoft Dynamics CRM – an advantage.
- Self-motivated and proactive with the ability to work independently.
- Fast learner with strong creative thinking and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent team player, capable of working according to organizational methodologies.
- Hebrew – Fluent/Native.
- English – High level.
