This is a full‑time role that requires daily on‑site presence at the office.

Location: Holon

Job Description:

  • Serving visitors by greeting, welcoming, and directing them appropriately.
  • Answering phone calls.
  • Administrative support for Corporate functions:

• Managing meeting rooms
• Forms for international visitors
• Ongoing support to the operations team
• Assistance with ad‑hoc projects
• Handling international shipping
• Managing office supplies and inventory
• Supporting meeting preparations and refreshments
• Working with vendors and invoices

Requirements:

• 1–2 years of experience in an administrative role
• Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel and Outlook
• Strong time‑management skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively
• High attention to detail and strong problem‑solving abilities
• Exceptional organizational and planning skills in a fast‑paced environment
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both English and Hebrew
• Reliability and discretion, with the ability to handle confidential information
• Proactive, adaptable, and capable of driving tasks to completion
