We are seeking a highly motivated Sales and Operations Planning Analyst to join our Global Operations team at SodaStream HQ in Kfar Saba.

In this role, you will manage and optimize the Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP) process for our global markets. The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical skills, be detail-oriented, and deeply understand supply chain dynamics, market trends, and demand forecasting. You will play a crucial role in aligning our operations with market demand, ensuring seamless execution, and supporting strategic decision-making.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage S&OP Process: Lead the S&OP process, including demand forecasting, supply planning, and inventory management, across all global markets to ensure optimal product availability.
• Data Analysis: Analyze sales trends, market dynamics, and inventory levels to provide actionable insights and support decision-making.
• Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams including Sales, Marketing, Supply Chain, and Finance to ensure alignment of operational plans with business goals.
• Performance Monitoring: Track and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) related to S&OP, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions as needed.
• Process Improvement: Continuously seek opportunities to enhance S&OP processes, tools, and methodologies to drive efficiency and effectiveness.
• Communication: Provide regular updates to senior management on the status of the S&OP process, highlighting potential risks and opportunities.

• 3-5 years of experience in S&OP, demand planning, or a related supply chain role within a global or multi-national environment.
• Advanced Excel skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a data-driven approach.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to work across multiple functions and cultures.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
