We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented intern to support our Customer Care and Finance teams. The successful candidate will assist in processing customer requests, such as issuing credit notes and refunds, and ensuring that financial steps and client balances are accurately maintained. In addition to day-to-day responsibilities, this intern will contribute to regional finance projects and work closely with various teams, providing valuable support in analysis, reporting, and project execution.

Key responsibilities:

• Process and issue credit notes and refunds based on customer care requests.
• Analyze and review customer care requests to ensure compliance with financial policies.
• Collaborate with the finance team to align client balances and financial processes.
• Support the regional finance team in various projects, reporting, and other financial activities.
• Utilize Excel for data analysis, reporting, and other financial tasks.
• Assist in the creation of dashboards and visual reports using Power BI or other business intelligence tools.
• Participate in ad-hoc tasks and projects as needed to support the team.

Qualifications for the role:

• Education: Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (e.g., formulas, pivot tables, data analysis); experience with Power BI or similar data visualization tools is a plus.
• Attention to Detail: Ability to manage multiple tasks while ensuring accuracy in financial processes and reporting.
• Communication Skills: Strong written and verbal communication skills in English, with the ability to interact with both internal teams and customers professionally.
• Team Player: Collaborative mindset with a willingness to assist in cross-functional projects and support different departments.
• Availability minimum 3 days a week.
