· אחריות לניהול המשמרת תוך שמירה על בטיחות עובדים, איכות ובטיחות מזון ועמידה בתוכנית הייצור

· אחריות לניהול צוות המונה כ-30 עובדים/ות

· קליטת עובדים/ות חדשים/ות והקצאת משאבים להדרכתם, אחריות להסמכתם ושיפור מתמיד במקצועיותם

· אחריות לזמינות מכונות ושמירה על תפוקות עבודה גבוהות

· מתן מענה לתקלות בתהלכי עבודה

· קביעת סדרי עדיפויות בתוכנית המשמרת

· עבודה מול ממשקים פנים וחוץ ארגוניים

Requirements

· ניסיון מוכח בניהול צוותי עבודה

· ניסיון בניהול צוות להשגת יעדי ייצור- חובה

· אורינטציה טכנית/למכונות- חובה

· יכולת עבודה עם מערכות מחשב- חובה
