Role Overview

The Executive Assistant will play a key role in supporting C-level executives in a fast-paced, growing organization. This position requires professionalism, discretion, and strong organizational skills, while managing complex schedules, coordinating with internal and external stakeholders, and contributing to HR-related initiatives such as events, welfare, and company operations.

What You Will Do (Key Responsibilities)

  • Manage complex calendars and coordinate multi-participant meetings.
  • Serve as a point of contact and work closely with senior executives in Israel and abroad.
  • Welcome and host guests, investors, and international clients.
  • Plan, organize, and oversee company conferences and events.
  • Provide support in office welfare and day-to-day operations.
  • Work as part of the HR team and lead cross-organizational interfaces.
  • 3–5+ years of proven experience managing complex calendars and providing executive support to senior leadership (C-level).
  • Previous experience as an Executive Assistant / Office Manager in high-tech or global companies.
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask.
  • Professional presence, service orientation, and strong interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent communication skills in English (written and verbal).
