Role Overview
We are looking for an Automation & Integration Specialist to join our R&D team and take ownership of our internal systems and CRM platforms. As part of a collaborative team, you will be responsible for managing and optimizing business applications, building automation processes, and ensuring seamless operations across departments.
What You Will Do (Key Responsibilities)
- Administer, configure, and optimize Salesforce and other business applications as part of the Information Systems team.
- Develop, maintain, and enhance automation workflows to improve operational efficiency.
- Design, build, and manage reports and dashboards to provide business stakeholders with actionable insights.
- Collaborate with team members to manage integrations between Salesforce, WordPress, Linux servers, and other internal systems.
- Support system users by troubleshooting technical issues and delivering training/documentation.
- Maintain system security, user access, and data integrity across platforms.
- Contribute to ongoing improvements in cloud infrastructure and IT operations.
- Partner with cross-functional teams to analyze requirements and deliver scalable technical solutions.
- Stay current with Salesforce releases, IT best practices, and new technologies to enhance system capabilities.
- 3+ years of experience in IT, Information Systems, or Business Applications, with
hands-on experience in CRM platforms (Salesforce preferred). - Proven track record in building and managing automation workflows (Flows, Process Builder, or similar).
- Experience with WordPress and PHP — strong advantage.
- Familiarity with Linux servers and cloud infrastructure.
- Ability to work effectively as part of a collaborative team environment.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with attention to detail.
Excellent communication skills in English (written and verbal).
