About the Role

We are looking for a talented Backend Developer to join our team and help build the next generation of our global SaaS platform. You will work on designing and implementing scalable backend services, microservices architecture, and cloud-based solutions that power our enterprise-grade applications. Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain backend services for our SaaS platform using modern technologies and best practices.
• Design and implement RESTful APIs for seamless integration with frontend applications and third-party services.
• Build and optimize microservices for performance, reliability, and scalability.
• Work with databases (SQL and NoSQL) and implement efficient data access patterns.
• Collaborate with Product, Frontend, and DevOps teams to deliver robust and secure solutions.
• Deploy, monitor, and maintain services in cloud environments such as AWS.
• Ensure code quality through testing, code reviews, and adherence to secure coding standards.
• Contribute to system architecture discussions and continuous improvement initiatives.

• 3+ years of backend development experience with a strong focus on Java
• Hands-on experience with Spring Boot and building enterprise-grade applications
• Proficiency in microservices architecture and distributed systems design
• Strong experience with SQL and NoSQL databases and query optimization
• Knowledge of RESTful API design and best practices for secure and scalable services
• Familiarity with Docker and Kubernetes for containerized deployments
• Experience with messaging systems such as RabbitMQ or Kafka, and caching layers like Redis
• Understanding of CI/CD pipelines, Git, and Agile development methodologies
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail

• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS preferred) and cloud-native application development
• Familiarity with serverless architectures and advanced AWS services
• Exposure to observability tools and performance monitoring
• Knowledge of security best practices for cloud and microservices environments
