We’re looking for a Product Manager to lead one of our cross-functional squads. In this role, you’ll shape the future of our AI-powered IT Service Management platform, delivering features that are used daily by thousands of IT teams worldwide.

What You’ll Do

• Own the product roadmap for your squad – from strategy to delivery and adoption.
• Turn complex IT challenges into simple, intuitive solutions with measurable business impact.
• Partner closely with engineering, design, data, and go-to-market teams to deliver high-quality releases.
• Lead discovery work: customer interviews, market analysis, and rapid validation of new ideas.
• Monitor usage and KPIs to iterate quickly and continuously improve the product.

• 4+ years as a Product Manager in a B2B SaaS company, ideally with technical/IT products.
• Proven ability to work with cross-functional teams in an Agile environment.
• Experience partnering with UX to design delightful, intuitive workflows.
• Strong analytical skills with a data-informed decision-making approach.
• Excellent English communication skills.
