About the role

We are looking for a Senior Frontend Developer to design, build, and optimize the next generation of SysAid’s SaaS-based platform. You will work on complex, distributed microservices deployed on AWS, creating high-performance, scalable solutions for thousands of enterprise customers worldwide.

Responsibilities

• Architect & Build: Design and implement scalable React applications using modern patterns and best practices.
• Drive Technical Innovation: Influence architecture decisions, introduce emerging front-end technologies, and define coding standards.
• Performance & Quality: Optimize for speed, reliability, and responsiveness while meeting core web vitals benchmarks.
• Mentorship: Guide and support junior developers through code reviews, pair programming, and knowledge sharing.
• Collaboration: Work closely with backend engineers and product designers to create seamless, integrated experiences.
• Documentation & Planning: Provide clear technical documentation, design specifications, and contribute to planning sessions.

• 5+ years of professional front-end development experience.
• React Mastery: Deep expertise in the React ecosystem (hooks, context, functional programming).
• TypeScript Proficiency: Strong experience in building type-safe applications.
• Advanced JavaScript: Thorough knowledge of ES6+ features and asynchronous programming.
• State Management: Hands-on experience with Redux, Context API, or similar solutions.
• Modern Tooling: Skilled with Webpack, Vite, and testing frameworks (Jest, React Testing Library).
• Styling Expertise: CSS preprocessors (Sass) and modern techniques (CSS Modules, Styled Components).
• DevOps Awareness: Familiarity with CI/CD processes and front-end deployment pipelines.
• Problem Solver: Strong analytical skills and ability to troubleshoot complex UI issues.
• Agile Mindset: Experience working in Scrum or Agile environments.
• Education: B.Sc. in Computer Science or equivalent experience. Certifications are a plus.

• Experience with micro-frontend architectures.
• Expertise in web performance optimization and core web vitals.
• Familiarity with Storybook and component-driven development.
